Russell Snow

Chief Executive Officer

Rusty oversees the Sequent portfolio of companies and is actively looking for the next exciting addition to the group.  Rusty joined in 2024 and has held various leadership positions with Newell Brands, Hoffmaster, PurposeBuilt Brands, and Henkel.

Keith Bilyeu

Chief Financial Officer

Keith is responsible for Finance, Accounting, IT, and Human Resources for Sequent and all of its operating companies. Before joining Sequent in 2016, Keith held key finance positions at Deloitte & Touche, Swift Denim, and Delta Apparel.

William Zeuch

Chief Revenue Officer

Bill brings extensive experience in retail, eCommerce, and business development to Sequent, where he oversees the Sales and Operations teams for Empire Equipment and Serv-Ware. He previously held senior leadership positions with OfficeMax, Nebraska Book Company, AIA Corporation, and Claire’s.

Isaac Cohen

Chief Marketing Officer

Isaac is responsible for Marketing and Communications for Sequent and its operating companies. Prior to Sequent, Isaac held marketing leadership positions at Philips, Urnex, MAM Baby, and PurposeBuilt Brands.

Marissa Brey

Director of HR, AR, & AP

Marissa is responsible for Human Resources across all divisions and also oversees AR/AP staff and functions company-wide. With 22 years of experience in accounting and 17 years in human resources, she brings a unique blend of financial and people-focused expertise to the organization. She joined Sequent in 2007 through Norm’s, which was acquired by Empire Equipment in 2018.

Alan Crosley

President

Empire Bakery Equipment

Alan joined Empire Bakery in 2009 as head of marketing, where he developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that helped fuel the company’s growth, and was promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2016. In his current role as President, Alan is responsible for strategic leadership, market focus, and the operational, financial and cultural management of the Empire Bakery team.

Bob Benser

President

TruTemp

As President of TruTemp Equipment, Bob oversees sales, growth, and day-to-day operations. With 40 years of experience in distribution, including roles in 3PL, retail sales, and inventory management, Bob brings unmatched expertise to his leadership role. He previously held key positions at Toys R Us, PetsMart, and a national 3PL company, where he managed 25 facilities and over 10 million square feet of storage.

Shaun Bishop

General Manager

Foxx Equipment

Shaun joined Sequent in 2024 and is responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and employee empowerment for Foxx Equipment. Prior to joining Sequent, Shaun spent 18 years with ITW Food Equipment Group, holding various leadership roles within the Traulsen Refrigeration, Kairak Refrigeration, and Hobart Service groups.

Larry Hatch

Senior Vice President, Sales

Larry has been with Sequent for over 40 years, beginning at Jeffreys Cabinet Co. in 1980, when it was the parent company of Empire Equipment. He has served in his current role as SVP of Sales since 2016 and is responsible for growing both the Serv-Ware and Empire Equipment businesses.
